I'd say pretty damn good for a first

However, the drums need a little work. They feel just overall underwhelming. Perhaps it would benefit the drop as well with a little delay or reverb.

But that is part of the appeal it seems. I like the composition, but the sounds & synths used are too basic. If you like, I could send you a few files to help you out.

BTW, the bass synth/kick in the beginning sounded like it was starting off like the older stuff by The Prodigy-- I like that.

I think the big problem

is that the drums are the most powerful part of the song, and that's not saying much.

The composition is nice (though I'm not a fan of that synth you used in the beginning), but overall it is just underwhelming.

I can't say I've really heard a bass synth in a drop quite like that. Definitely one of your best.

But your bass has come a long way since when you started out. It's really picking up :). don't stop now.

Composition here is good, just a little underwhelming with the bass.

We all start out with almost no recognition. Don't let that get you down. Keep the new stuff coming.

Can't say I'm too into the drop

But overall the rest is pretty good. The drop just isn't working for me (at least the first half).
Perhaps a little TAL-Dub III fx on the basses during the first half of the drop would benefit in some parts; as it is, it feels a little empty to me.

Anyway, I liked the composition overall. It's just that first half of the drop that gets to me and sticks out for feeling lacking.

Far more than a good number of your more recent tracks. Seems you're getting an edge back that, while not very far gone, was a little diminished all the same. Keep up the good work.

I'd say a decent composition overall. Not the best, but enjoyable. I just wish there was at least a breakdown leading up to a second drop, but it's alright.

But that is a good thing in this case. Definitely one of your better tracks. I really like your use of whatever crushing you did throughout. I also enjoy the progression of the lead synth; interesting melody.

I'm not as thoroughly blown away as others

But I enjoy the track nonetheless. Some things in this piece just felt awkward to me, and other times it felt like there may have been a little too much going on.

The drop is definitely in your style, TI. Well, the first one was obvious at least.

yea i took over the first drop and then i added Nk's intro and that squeaky lead to the second drop. what parts felt awkward? thanks for the review though.
