You know who the beginning reminds me of? Dj Spooky, That Subliminal Kid.

As always, I enjoy your ethereal, experimental style. Reminds me of techno I grew up with... It just makes me happy I guess.

DJPsi responds:

Thanks for your input man! I'm glad you feel that way, I'll probably release some more tracks soon, keep in touch!

I must say, TI, that this is definitely not one of your best works. Some nice effects, but I'm really not enjoying the synths as well as the lack of power behind your drums. I feel you can do much better than this.

Hope you don't find me being rude with my honesty.

TIMarbury responds:

nah its cool dude. i respect every1's opinions.

I like your synths.

It's your progression of things that needs work.

You have some good things going for you; in time I'm sure you'll become great.

theofficialdoughboys responds:

thank you sir

Mastering work is definitely needed. It could be a lot better if the sounds were balanced better. You tell me that my drums could be louder, and, I'm only trying to help here, your synths (other than what I assume is Claw), need to be louder (maybe it's the sub that's weakening the treble...). Anyway, it is a good start; just needs mastering.

theofficialdoughboys responds:

Claw?

5/5 for the cause.

But I have to be honest with my review. This style that you have going here has never been to great in my eye, but this is pretty good for what it is.

Lone-X responds:

Thanks for the awesome review! i am glad you were honest!

Peace and love,

First of '12= one of your best.

My first of '12 was nowhere near this good. Though, based on fanbase, I'm starting to catch up to you guys :3

TheBiocide responds:

Thanks dude! Good to see you again and I'm glad you're diggin' this :)

And hell yeah! Keep going with the tunes, man!

Sounds like you should be part of the Ministry of Sound with stuff like this. Can't say I like it too much though. Very strange; your title reflects the sentiment precisely.

Pissomatik responds:

I tend to make some oddball kind of stuff. Thank you for the compliment and honesty in your opinion. :)

While I like it, mastering is needed. Too much is going on, and the instruments really overwhelm each other instead of working together a lot of the time, especially toward the middle and end.

danyool777 responds:

Hehe your right
I'm still a noob when it comes to mastering though, which is my primary focus as of now :)
thanks for the review <3

Very filthy, but most of it sounds rather mashed together. The drop is much better than the rest of the song, and feels like its saving grace. Not one of your better works in my opinion. Hope you don't take it personally.

CowardlyLion responds:

Of course I don't take it personally! I made this a long while ago so I'd like to think I've improved since then. I hadn't really grasped EQ and mastering when I made this.

Not really too fond of house. but I must say: nice job.

durn responds:

Ok then! Thanks soulblud.
