[DJ Ravenline-Adventure(WIP)]

Hmmm...

Can definitely tell the WIP part... The balancing of everything needs a quite a bit of work... For the most part the sounds work together, but some just don't fit well. Also, it is quite random. That doesn't necessarily help this piece though. Hope I don't seem too harsh. Try adding a little reverb to the piano, too. It seems quite dry.

Just not as heavy as this. Or NEARLY as much wobble. Haven't put it on NG yet, but this is better anyway. I really like it :)

At least, that's what I'd call them. This is well made, definitely. Very nice work on the piano, there. A nice, minimal beat to accompany it.

It doesn't blend as well as it could

To be honest, I'm not a big fan of the mixing of everything here. it sounds good to a certain extent, but it's underwhelming overall, and at the end where the bass gets more intense, it just starts to kinda fall apart to me. Too much, it overpowers the others a bit.

You're completely right, mate. I'm still learning about mixing, especially with midibeats. I have some experience mixing analog instruments, but I'm kinda new to the whole electronic bussiness. If I get the chance, I'll do the mixing again.

While cliche, the drop is intense

So that seems to me the saving grace. I also like the percussion. I do like it, but perhaps try aiming to be a little more fresh... that's the best way i can put it. I also make every kind of thecno, and i know how hard it is to try to sound different, especially in dubstep. I try though.

Wow, you can recognize your sounds pretty damn well, haha. There's the silver saw, trancechorder, and the other sound in the beginning is "Nasty".

It reminds me a lot of the music that was in Art Style: Light Trax (wiiware game). Although, I do believe this belongs in House rather than Techno... good job though.

I think it does belong to House too, but the synths make it sounds a little bit like a techno song. I always change the genre in my tracks around because the track on it's own is sometimes a combination of a few genres, or has elements from other genres in it =/
