You are what
Many dubstep artists should strive for. Something truly fresh sounding. If Skrillex heard this, HE'd probably get turned on and contact you for a collab. I can't make ANYTHING like this. This kind of dubstep is beyond me.

Hahaha! Wellll, I'm not sure about all that, but I immensely appreciate you saying it! I love it when people enjoy my tunes like you do. It's one of the many reasons I make the stuff :)
Thanks again for that review, man! Really liked that one :D
eeeh....
It's certainly interesting, but FAR too repetitive. Its a better song than Marmite by Caspa, which this seems to fall in the same genre as. Almost zero variation here though (albeit it changes for the better toward the last minute and 12 seconds). You use the same stuff throughout the entirety of this piece. Not good as a standalone piece to me, but possibly would work in a game.
Thanks for you review, I too find the second part too long, but i'll fix it in the final version i'm working on.
To the guy below
Dicso still falls under house music. It was the original house music.
This track is much better than a lot of the generic crap that gets put out here. Good job.
Too true, soulblud. :) I was definitely not around for the disco days but it seems to hold a place in my heart for some reason. I guess I'm just a dancin' fool!
Thanks for the review, dude. :)
The rawr-ing seems a bit overpowering
but only sometimes. For the most part, this song is simply amazing. I definitely wouldn't have thought of something like this. Also, when the choir type parts come in, it reminds me a little of the Jaqcues de la Morte level in Timesplitters 2.
good job. 5/5, 9/10.
Haha yeah. People kept telling me I should make the drops louder, so perhaps I should emphasize different frequencies. I'll look into that~
Haha. Thanks for the compliment~ I still feel there's a lot more I need to learn tho xD. Thanks for the review~
Why hello there
DJ II Image ;D
Did not know you signed up.
Digging this track.
Thanks soulblud (RG) ;D haha... just signed up a few days ago :P
Honestly,
It sounds a little generic. DnB, liquid or not, is all starting to come together to me.
how does this sound generic? are you trying to say that dnb as a whole genre is generic? i hope you realize how dumb you sounded
It's definitely good
But I found the pingy synth you use in the beginning kind of...cutting. It works well once everything else comes in, but to me it feels a little overwhelming in the beginning. Perhaps just putting a slight LP filter over it? At least when it starts.
Other than that it is definitely a job well done.
Now that you mention it, I'm not sure why I didn't do that in the first place lol Will probably do it some point soon. Thanks for the review and the advice, much appreciated :)
I love it
The only complaint I have is that the piano that comes in with the high pitched ping-type pad sounds rather dry...
the progression is great though. Very well done.
Ahaa thanks man! :)
Great dubstep piece
I would imagine this to be an ambient dubstep song. I really like it though. Very well done. Good job with mixing and layering; nothing is too overpowering or underwhelming. Sometimes the wobble feels a little awkward though... But other than that, well done!
Thx.. it's the first " dubstep" sounding piece we've made so the wobble will be better by time ;)
Lol. Grossbeat
It's a great VST, isn't it? It's a pleasing little loop, That's for sure :).
